Mixing Ratio

Coverage

The Elitecourt Acrylic Resurfacer typically covers an area of around 0.026 – 0.038Kg/SqFt per layer application. The actual coverage may differ based on the porosity and texture of the base

Thickness

The thickness of Acrylic Resurfacer layer will be approx. 0.35-0.55mm.

Step-By-Step Process To Apply Acrylic Resurfacer

Cleaning

Clean the surface thoroughly.
Apply Acrylic Resurfacer

If it's Bitumen, apply the Elitecourt Acrylic Resurfacer directly. Apply 1 or 2 layers of the resurfacer, depending on the surface condition (Concrete or Bitumen), using the correct mixing ratio.
Grinding

Once the first layer dries, grind the surface to remove any roughness.
Apply Acrylic Resurfacer In Layers

Apply the resurfacer in layers using the Elitecourt S-150 Squeegee.
Drying

Let each layer dry completely for 1 day for the best results.
