Step-By-Step Process To Apply Base Refiner

Cleaning

Clean the surface thoroughly. Wet the Bitumen/Concrete surface to check for any uneven areas (mark them with chalk).
Measurement

Measure the thickness of the uneven areas.
Applying Base Refiner

If the thickness is between 3mm and 10mm, apply the Elitecourt Base Refiner using an Aluminum Plaster Strip, following the recommended mixing ratio.
Drying

Let it dry completely for 1 day to achieve the best results.
