Mixing Ratio

Coverage

The Acrylic Prime Color typically covers an area of around 0.024 – 0.025Kg/SqFt per layer application. The actual coverage may differ based on the porosity and texture of the base

Thickness

The thickness of Prime Color layer will be approx. 0.45-0.55mm.

Step-By-Step Process To Apply Acrylic Colors

Apply Acrylic Colors

Apply a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 layers of the Elitecourt Acrylic Color, using the correct mixing ratio.
Grinding

After applying and drying the first or second layer, grind the surface to smooth out rough patches.
Final Layer

For the final layer, apply the color without adding silica sand, following the correct mixing ratio.
Precautions

Apply the color using the Elitecourt S-150 Squeegee.
Drying

Let each layer dry completely for 1 day for the best results.
