It is widely used in outdoor and indoor courts such as tennis, basketball, and multi-sport surfaces. Each layer serves a specific purpose, working together to ensure optimal performance, longevity, and aesthetics.

Elitecourt 6-Layer System on Concrete Base

(Depending On Base Condition)

Layer 1: Primer Layer

Purpose: The primer layer ensures strong adhesion between the concrete base and the Resurfacer layers. It penetrates the porous surface of the concrete, seals it, and creates a smooth foundation for the other coatings.

Material: Pure Acrylic-based primer designed for concrete surfaces.

Application: Applied using a roller or squeegee to ensure even coverage.

Thickness After Application: 0.2-0.3 mm.

Features:

Prevents delamination.
Seals minor cracks and pores.
Provides resistance to moisture infiltration from the substrate.

Layer 2: Acrylic Resurfacer Layer

Purpose: This layer smooths out surface irregularities and provides a uniform, even texture to the floor. It also enhances durability and prepares the base for cushioning.

Material: Pure Acrylic-based resurfacer, often mixed with fine silica sand for improved leveling.

Application: Applied with a squeegee in one or two coats, depending on surface conditions.

Thickness After Application: 0.4-0.6 mm.

Fills minor cracks and imperfections.
Improves surface uniformity.
Increases the base strength and durability.

Layer 3 and 4: Pro-Master Cushion Layer

Purpose: The cushion layer provides shock absorption and enhances player comfort. This is particularly important in sports where impact reduction is necessary to minimize fatigue and injury risk.

Material: Acrylic cushion material mixed with fine rubber granules or other elastomeric particles.

Application: Applied in multiple passes to achieve the desired thickness and elasticity.

Thickness After Application: 0.6-0.8 mm.

Layer 5 and 6: Acrylic Color

Material: Highly Pure Acrylic Colored topcoat with UV-resistant pigments and anti-slip additives.

Application: Applied in two coats using a squeegee, ensuring even distribution and uniform color.

Coat 1: Mix Appropriate Silica Sand and Portable Water with Elitecourt Pure Acrylic Color and Apply with Squeegee

Top Coat 2: Mix Appropriate Water with Elitecourt Pure Acrylic Color and Apply with Squeegee after Grinding the First Coat of Color.

Thickness After Application: Each coat is approximately 0.3–0.5 mm, totaling 0.6–1.0 mm for both layers.

Offers a vibrant, consistent finish.
Provides excellent slip resistance.
Protects the underlying layers from UV degradation and wear.
Easy to clean and maintain.

Total Thickness After Application

The complete system has a total thickness of approximately 2.4–2.9 mm, depending on the thickness of the cushion layer and the number of coats applied.
