Mixing Ratio

Coverage

The Acrylic Concrete Primer typically covers an area of around 0.01 – 0.013Kg/SqFt per layer application. The actual coverage may differ based on the porosity and texture of the concrete.

Thickness

The thickness of CC Primer layer will be approx. 0.25-0.35mm.

Step-By-Step Process To Apply Concrete Primer

Cleaning

Clean the surface thoroughly.
Apply Concrete Primer

Apply the Concrete Primer only to the Concrete surface (for better adhesion), following the recommended mixing ratio. Do not apply on Bitumen.
Layering

Use the Elitecourt S-150 Squeegee to apply the primer in layers.
Drying

Allow it to dry for 1 day for the best results.
